To make them, you'll need:
▪ one sheet of 8 1/2" x 11" vellum per lamp (wine glass)
▪ scissors
▪ decorative bladed scissors
▪ decorative paper punch
▪ glue pen
▪ wine glasses
▪ tea lights
▪ candle putty (aka floral clay)
