1 lb. ground veggie crumbles
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
salt and pepper
1 (10.5 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
Combine bread crumbs, veggie crumbles, onion, water, parsley, vegetable oil, salt and pepper and form into flat patties. Brown on both sides in oil. Mix soup and milk in a separate saucepan and heat throughly. Pour soup mixture over patties and simmer for 5 minutes.
